A 7000 sq.ft. home with three conditioned volumes composed of a bedroom and more intimate areas and a large social space under the roof.
Bringing together construction technologies and typologies with environmental parametric analysis and design at a residence in the coast of Nicaragua. The roof was assembled using palm leaves and locally harvested rapid growth wood. It was devised in a way to optimize shading and seasonal sea breeze.
