Size 5,700 m2 (108-Key Hotel)
As a part of the collective Regional, Scalar Architecture collaborated on the design of two 108-room hotels in Central America for Agrisal Development. Serving as design prototypes, the hotels will be reiterated with site and scale nuances throughout the region.
The proposal included a redefinition of the brand concept, reflected in the interior design and architecture, while complying with standards of maximum efficiency, a tight budget, seismic and local climatic conditions. The hotels in Managua and Tegucigalpa began construction at the end of 2012, with expected completion in 2014.
